I have a solid track record of helping startups, scale-ups, and mid-market companies achieve their growth goals.
With a proven ability to transform workflows across diverse industries in the European market, I am dedicated to uniting sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams with technical support organizations in Europe, India, and North America, driving exceptional results and fostering collaboration.
I approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, always focused on fostering growth through both organic strategies and exciting mergers and acquisitions.
A 35+ year career path
Allow me to explain my non linear career path. I worked in all kinds of industries and started in the automotive industry and early nineties I moved to an EMEA marketing role in electronic tools. Then followed by business development jobs with internet, telecom and ISP players while continuing to educate myself. After the dot-com bubble I moved to purchasing, construction and real estate development to introduce new concepts to the market.
At the age of 37, I successfully restructured a loss-making logistics company as an interim director. For me a point of no return, with unbridled enthusiasm I expanded my entrepreneurship and launched another company that offered startup enablement services and M&A guidance. I found clients in the world of banking, data centers, ISPs, and cloud service providers.
And again a new venture was launched, this time a startup in the field of Mobile Data and SAAS solutions company. Due to the financial crisis around 2009 to 2011, I had to focus and push hard for success. The determined efforts paid off and I was able to sell my startup to a Cloud ERP vendor in 2015. Since then, I have continued to help start-up, mid market and large companies in all kinds of industries to grow by providing guidance in solving their digital transformation challenges.
In the beginning of 2018, I set first foot on the ground for an Indian SaaS company, helping them to build trust and expand the European business with double digit growth year on year. In 2024, after 7 years, a new leadership and team of 120+ employees made my position redundant, so that's why I'm here for you.
